GemFireAir is a site that showcases the contemplative work of Marty Kleva, BS, MA, a somatic therapist specializing in trauma recovery and teaching the practice of mindfulness through the presentation of the eight-week stress reduction course, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
Among other writings on site is the masters thesis, “Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction As a Path To Individuation Through The Hero’s Journey: A Phenomenological Study”, by Ms. Kleva.
Ms Kleva also displays her own contemplative photography, poetry, wildwriting, and a twice-weekly blog on numerous subjects.
